Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

1.1 This Policy sets out acceptable and prohibited uses of the Platform to ensure a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Users shall NOT: (a) use the Platform other than for legitimate AYUSH consultation or wellness; (b) use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity; (c) harass, threaten, or exploit any User, Practitioner, or staff; (d) share explicit, violent, or harmful content unrelated to care; (e) impersonate a medical or AYUSH professional; (f) contact Practitioners off-platform to circumvent fees; (g) resell or redistribute Platform content; (h) introduce malicious code; (i) scrape or harvest data; (j) create fake accounts or bots.

3. Enforcement & Reporting

3.1 Violations may result in warning, suspension, permanent ban, or referral to law enforcement, at MyAyushClinic's reasonable discretion. Report via in-app tools or report@myayushclinic.com.
