1.1 This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and governs your use of the Platform as a patient seeking AYUSH consultation or related services.
2.1 You agree to provide truthful, complete information about your health history, current medications, allergies, prior diagnoses, and relevant information.
2.2 You acknowledge you are voluntarily seeking AYUSH support of your own free will.
2.3 You agree to attend booked consultations on time; late cancellation or no-show may forfeit fees per the Refund & Cancellation Policy (A7).
2.4 You shall not record or reproduce consultations without the Practitioner's prior written consent.
2.5 You are responsible for stable connectivity, an appropriate device, and a private environment during teleconsultation.
3.1 Teleconsultation has inherent limitations versus in-person care, including technology disruptions, inability to perform physical examination or Nadi (pulse) assessment in person, and limited non-verbal cues.
3.2 The AI AYUSH Doc and Prakriti tools are supplementary information tools, NOT substitutes for a qualified practitioner.
3.3 Any medicine or regimen is advised solely by the independent Practitioner within their authorised scope of practice; MyAyushClinic does not itself prescribe.
4.1 AYUSH teleconsultation is not an emergency service. In any medical emergency, contact 112 or proceed to the nearest hospital immediately.
5.1 By booking or participating in any consultation, you provide informed, voluntary consent to receive AYUSH services via the Platform (detailed terms in Document D1), and confirm you have read and understood this Agreement and the limitations of digital AYUSH services.
