Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

1.1 This Policy governs all payments for consultations, subscriptions, assessments, and paid services. Booking or paying constitutes agreement to this Policy.

2. Consultation Cancellations

• By Patient, >24 hrs before: full refund to original method within 5–7 business days.
• By Patient, 12–24 hrs before: 50% refund; remaining 50% as wallet credit.
• By Patient, <12 hrs before: no refund; full amount as wallet credit valid 90 days.
• No-show: no refund; Practitioner receives the fee.
• By Practitioner: full refund to original method; Practitioner reliability score affected.
• Technical failure (Platform side): full refund or complimentary reschedule at patient's choice.

3. Subscriptions · 4. Processing · 5. Wallet · 6. Fraud · 7. Disputes

3.1 Subscriptions cancellable anytime; remain active to end of the billing period; no prorated refund. 4.1 Refunds via original method; 5–7 business days for bank, instant for wallet; gateway fees non-refundable. 5.1 Wallet credits usable for any service, non-transferable, expire 90 days, not redeemable for cash. 6.1 Refunds may be withheld where fraud or repeated abuse is suspected. 7.1 Disputes may be raised within 30 days via support@myayushclinic.com.
